Open House July 25 and every Sunday in August from 12-4 p.m.

     The Missoula Building Industry Association Building Futures Program in partnership with The University of Montana College of Technology and The Flagship Program is building a house located at 2604 Roderick Way.  This beautiful home will be raffled off on September 26, 2010.  The raffle will be conducted by the accounting firm of Junkermeier, Clark, Campanella and Stevens.  Raffle tickets will sell for $100 apiece.  No more than 5,000 raffle tickets and no fewer than 3500 tickets will be sold.  If fewer than 3500 tickets are sold, the monies will be return to the purchasers.

     Other prizes included in the raffle are:  $20,000 voucher for a car, $10,000 voucher for a boat or RV, and a $5,000  voucher for a home theater system.

     Tickets are available from the Missoula Building Industry Association at 1840 South Ave. W.; the office of Junkermier, Clark, Campanella and Stevens, 2520 Connery Way; First Security Bank at 2601 Garfield;  the College of Technology, 909 South Ave. W.; Community Bank, 3010 American Way; and Rosauers on S.Reserve Street.

 The Building Futures committee members all worked hard on this project.  The committee members include Michelle Felde, First Security Bank, chair; Mike Nichols, Tamarack Construction, co-chair; Jim Schafer, Straightedge Construction, co-chair; Alan Fugleberg, Associate Dean of the UM College of Technology; Lynn Stocking, Associate Dean of the UM College of Technology; Lynn McNamer, Interstate Alarm Company; Wade Hoyt, Hoyt Homes, Inc.; Carrie Hall, Hoyt Homes, Inc.; Lisa Beczkiewicz, The Missoula Flagship Program; Rosie Buzzas, The Missoula Flagship Program; and Kathy Minster, The Missoula Building Industry Association.  A special thanks goes to Kim Zupan and David Neu from the College of Technology Carpentry Program for their help and supervision of the students.
