Open the Door at the Student Built House
Our August Open the Door will be held at the Student Built House. If you have not been able to come to an open house, this is your chance to see the beautiful house built by the College of Technology and The Flagship Program students.
This event will be sponsored by Hoyt Homes, Inc., Tamarack Construction Company, Inc., and Straightedge Construction. The festivities will begin at 5:15 p.m. on August 12. The home is located at 2604 Roderick Way on the corner of Grove Street and Roderick Way. |

Student Built House Raffle
The Student Built House is finally finished and it is beautiful. The students from the College of Technology and the Flagship Program have done a tremendous job in building this house. Raffle tickets for the house are selling well. Go to www.missoulastudentbuilthouse.org to download a ticket order form, or stop by the office at 1840 South Ave. W. Tickets cost $100 each. Tickets are also available at First Security Bank, 2601 Garfield; the College of Technology, 909 South Ave. W.; Junkermier, Clark, Campanella & Stevens, 2520 Connery Way in Missoula; Community Bank, 3010 American Way; Caras Management Company, 401 SW Higgins; Rosauers on Reserve Street, and all 4 Loose Caboose locations. Other prizes include a $20,000 voucher for a new car, $10,000 voucher for a boat or RV, and a $5,000 voucher for a home theater system. Drawing will be held September 26, 2010.
Open House
Open Houses for the Student Built House will be held July 25 and and every Sunday in August from 12 - 4 p.m. Anyone who buys a raffle ticket during an Open House will be entered in a drawing for a free raffle ticket. Winners will be announced after each Open House.

Golf Tournament July 30
The Missoula Building Industry Association hosts a golf tournament every year. The tournament is sponsored by Community Bank. It will be held Friday, July 30 at King Ranch Golf Course and will be an 18-hole tournament. There are always lots of prizes courtesy of our wonderful members and a dinner following the tournament. Lunch will be provided by King Ranch for $4.75 and will consist of a hot dog and chips. This year, we will have a hole-in-one contest on hole #6 and the winner will receive $5000. We also have other prizes for a hole-in-one on the other par 3's.
If you would like to be a Hole Sponsor, please call the office. Sponsorships are selling for $150 a hole. You may download a hole sponsorship form and a team registration form.

Join us for a Night with the Osprey!
It's that time of year again! BASEBALL!
Come join First Security Bank and MBIA for a wonderful Night with the Osprey on August 18, 5:30 pm at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field. The event includes chicken or pork BBQ dinner with beverage service on the Blackfoot Party Deck. All this and the game for $25 per person!
